This female Bald Eagle just arrived back at her nest . This is the only Eagle which sits in her nest in November . There are 10 nests that i photograph in the spring when the chicks hatch.

The Salmon run is on in the Chilliwack River which means it is feasting time for the Gulls.

Snow Geese a rare sight for the Fraser Valley.

Male Anna`s Hummingbirds.

Male House Sparrow

A most unusual sight a Northern Flicker & Stellar`s Jay sharing my feeder.

Some more Geese photos.

As i photographing the Geese on my left i spotted a pair of Red-tailed Hawks above me.

On Nov.8 i found the largest concentration of Canada Geese that i have found in one location. What made this even more special was that there were 250 Snow Geese mixed in with Canada Geese.

A juvenile Cooper`s Hawk.

This Spotted Towhee has spent the last 3 winters at my feeder but unlike the last 2 winters this year he is spending more time in the open.

A regular visitor to my feeder is this Stellar`s Jay now that he has figured out how to get on the feeder he is here everyday.

This Male Anna`s Hummingbird isn`t going to let the rain keep from the feeder . I got 2 at my feeder yesterday.

The Bald Eagles are slow to return this year so i was surprised to find 3 at same spot. It was not a happy place as the lone Eagle on the tree was infringing on the home turf of a Pair of Eagles that nest down river from this spot.

Also last week while at the park i found 2 Green Heron`s also rare for the Fraser Valley. I have only seen them 3 times since 2013.
